01 — What is stored
Cookies are values stored by your browser and sent with matching website requests. Session storage stays within a browser session. A technology can use browser storage even if it is not called a cookie.
- tetra_consent — a first-party preference cookie on tetra.sa. Stores the preference version, save time and whether interactive project previews are allowed. It contains no advertising identifier or contact details. Lifetime: 180 days from saving; Path=/; SameSite=Lax; Secure on HTTPS. It is necessary to remember and honour your choice.
- tetra:dg:place — first-party sessionStorage used on Digital Growth pages. Stores a page path, section and scroll position to restore your place during reload/back navigation. It is not sent as a marketing identifier. Lifetime: the current browser session, subject to browser session-restore behaviour.
- Security and form requests — our servers and hosting providers process request information to operate forms and limit abuse. A provider may set strictly necessary security storage when its protections are invoked. We do not use those mechanisms for advertising.
02 — Optional project previews
A live preview loads a separate project website inside the work page. Its server receives the request, including IP address and browser information, and its scripts may use cookies or other storage. The project’s own notice governs its storage; this page does not claim a fixed inventory for independently changing websites.
We do not load the preview frame before you allow this category and request a preview. “Allow optional” or “Allow previews” saves that permission. Rejecting leaves the screenshot and a direct website link available. Following the direct link is your choice to visit that site in a separate tab.
Changing this category to off removes open preview frames. It does not remove cookies or stored data that a different origin has already set; you can clear that data through your browser’s site-data settings. Future optional analytics or advertising would require updated information and a new choice before activation.
03 — Change or withdraw your choice
The banner offers “Reject optional”, “Customise” and “Allow optional”. Essential storage remains available whichever option you choose. No optional category is preselected. You can reopen the settings from the footer or the button on this page and save a new choice at any time.
Preferences normally last for 180 days. Clearing the preference cookie, using a different browser or reaching its expiry will bring the banner back. If the browser blocks storage, the site keeps optional previews off unless you make a choice that can be saved. There is no automatic acceptance from scrolling or continued use.
04 — Forms, booking and AI are separate
The enquiry form’s consent covers responding to your enquiry. The booking notice covers scheduling through Cal.com and Microsoft 365. The assistant asks separately before sending messages to Groq. Allowing project previews is not permission to send an AI message or subscribe you to marketing.
A browser’s Do Not Track signal does not have a universally implemented technical standard. We do not rely on that signal to override the choices described here; no advertising or analytics tracking is enabled in the current site. Public policy and service text is available without accepting optional storage, including to search crawlers.
05 — Browser controls and contact
Your browser can block or delete cookies and site storage. Blocking all storage may stop preferences from being remembered or affect session restoration. External browsers and operating systems control their own settings. For information about personal-data handling and your rights, read the privacy notice or email info@tetra.sa.
