01 — Website operator and scope
The website is operated by Tetra Growth Company, Commercial Registration 7055387703. Contact info@tetra.sa. You may browse our public information and use the contact and scheduling tools for legitimate enquiries. If acting for an organisation, only make commitments you are authorised to make.
Submitting a form or booking an introductory conversation does not by itself create a client relationship, a service commitment or a confidentiality agreement. Please arrange an appropriate agreement before sharing protected project materials.
02 — Information, proposals and appointments
Service descriptions explain possible capabilities, not a promise that every feature, integration or result is included in every engagement. Scope, deliverables, fees, taxes, payment, delivery dates, intellectual property and support must be agreed separately in writing. We do not guarantee commercial performance, search ranking, AI recommendations or business results from browsing this website.
Appointment availability is checked through the scheduling service. A booking is confirmed only when the system returns a successful confirmation. Follow the confirmation’s timezone and meeting details. Use its management link where available to cancel or request a change; contact us if a link fails. No paid appointment charge is collected by this website’s current booking flow.
We may need to change an appointment or suspend an unavailable feature. We will use the contact details provided to address a confirmed appointment where practical. Do not submit another person’s email without authority or create appointments to disrupt availability.
03 — AI guidance and external services
The assistant is automated and may make mistakes. Its answers are general guidance about public Tetra information, not legal, financial, technical-security or professional advice, a binding quote or an approved project commitment. Confirm important details directly with our team. It cannot make a booking or send an enquiry on your behalf.
External websites, scheduling providers, AI services and embedded project previews have their own terms, privacy practices and availability. A link or product reference does not mean Tetra is endorsed, certified or partnered with that provider. No continuous availability or compatibility with every device is promised.
04 — Work, ownership and permitted access
Portfolio entries identify concepts and ongoing work where applicable. A concept is not a claim of a commissioned client engagement or measured client result. Demonstration sites and interfaces may contain sample content; use the project description to understand their context.
Tetra or the relevant rights holder owns or licenses the website’s content, design, images, marks and software. Third-party brands remain the property of their owners. You may view, link to and cite public pages with accurate attribution and in accordance with applicable law. Our crawl policy permits search and AI services to retrieve public pages; it does not grant a general licence to redistribute protected assets, impersonate Tetra or access private systems.
Public page access is not access to the server repository, credentials or private customer records. Browser-delivered HTML, scripts, styles and images are necessarily visible to visitors. Nothing here authorises access beyond material intentionally made public.
05 — Responsible use
Use the site lawfully and respect others’ rights. Do not submit unlawful or infringing content, impersonate someone, send spam, upload secrets, probe private records, bypass access controls, interfere with services or misuse booking and contact endpoints. Public crawlers should honour robots rules and reasonable request limits. Published content remains available without agreeing to optional cookie categories.
We may restrict abusive traffic or disable a feature to protect the service, comply with law or investigate a security issue. Those controls are not an invitation to circumvent them. Responsible reports may be sent to info@tetra.sa without including third-party data.
06 — Accuracy, responsibility and applicable law
We take care with the website but cannot guarantee that every statement is complete, current or free of error. Information is provided for general business discussion. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on general website information, third-party content or an interruption beyond our reasonable control. This does not exclude any liability or right that cannot lawfully be limited, and does not override a signed agreement.
Saudi Arabian law applies to these website terms, subject to mandatory rules that apply to you. Please contact us first to try to resolve a concern. Disputes that cannot be resolved will be referred to the competent authority or court under applicable law. These terms were updated on 25 October 2026; later changes apply to future use and do not rewrite an existing project agreement.
